By entering the store, placing an order, joining our membership programme, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. In-store shopping
We aim to keep our aisles well-stocked and our staff available to help you find what you need. Product availability can change day to day depending on supply, and an item shown on our directory board or mentioned on this website may occasionally be temporarily out of stock. Trolleys, baskets, and store fixtures are provided for shopper convenience and remain the property of V.V Mart.
3. Pricing & offers
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are as displayed on shelf labels and at the billing counter, which are the final and binding price at the time of purchase. We run periodic discounts and promotional offers at our discretion; these are valid only for the period displayed in-store and cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing error at the counter before your bill is finalised.
4. Delivery orders
Home delivery is offered as a convenience for orders placed by phone or in-store, subject to distance, staff availability, and order size. Delivery timing given at the time of order is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and verify the order; V.V Mart is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient.
5. Payments
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and UPI/NFC mobile payments at the billing counter, subject to what is operational on a given day. For delivery orders, payment is collected either at the time of order or on delivery, as agreed when the order is placed. All sales are recorded with a bill, which we recommend keeping for any returns or warranty queries.
6. Returns & refunds
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please bring it back with your bill within a reasonable time for an exchange or refund at our discretion. Fresh produce, dairy, and perishable items are inspected at the time of billing and generally cannot be returned once purchased, except where a genuine quality issue is identified at the counter before you leave the store. Refunds, where approved, are made using the original payment method wherever possible.
7. Membership & loyalty points
Regular shoppers may register for our membership programme to earn points on qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can be redeemed only as per the scheme in effect at the time. V.V Mart may modify, pause, or discontinue the membership programme at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided in-store.
8. Use of this website
This website is provided to help customers find our store, browse what we stock, and get in touch with us — it is not a transactional e-commerce store. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse its content.
